Thursday we went to the Grand Mosque. It is only 25 years old so it is not like the ancient buildings of the east but it was an interesting tour with a tour guide from Scotland who converted to Islam when she married. She was very enjoyable and did a great job explaining Islam which was most interesting. Steven and Eliza are standing in front of the door into the main part of the mosque from the dignitaries reception room. Peter and Eliza are sitting in the Iman's chair where he gives the prayer and sermon (the tour guide insisted they sit in it). The unidentified woman in a hijab is standing next to Micah in a hijab.
